Twydall Junior School were narrowly crowned the winners of the Mini Youth Games Tag Rugby Tournament having just beaten current holders Hempstead Junior School on try difference. Both schools had won all their matches on the day, but Twydall’s superior try difference was enough for them to earn their first ever Mini Youth Games title. Gordon Junior School and Hilltop Primary School were tied in third place.

Nearly 350 children from 34 Medway primary schools took to the pitches of Medway Rugby Club, Priestfields on Tuesday, 16 October for the second event of the 2002/13 MYG calendar.
