Medway Public Health team win Business Games football

The Medway Public Health team beat
seven other teams on the way to winning the 2011 Medway Business
Games football event.
The event took place at Kicks Soccer
Centre (www.kicks-soccer.co.uk) where
up to 80 competitors representing eight teams battled it out in two
leagues of four. The top two teams in each group progressed to the
semi-final stage.
Medway Public Health team beat MidKent
College 2 4-0 to progress to the final, and in the other
semi-final, Medway Employ Medway won 5-0 against MidKent
College 1 to gain their place.
The final saw a very evenly balanced
match, with Medway Public Health Team just edging the result 2-1 to
be crowned champions.

help and support of Kicks Soccer Centre, Strood. If you would like

The next and final event in this
current series is badminton on Monday, 7 March, 4pm - 7pm at
Medway Park. This event is open
to both male and female players. You do not have to be a
competitive club player to enter, it is open to everyone.
